Panos Gianneotis – CEO of Grand Canyon Gold Corp.

After serving in the United States Marine Corp Mr. Gianneotis began mining exploration activities in Alaska, California, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, and Arizona. Acquisition, location, staking, testing and development were prime endeavors for Mr. Gianneotis and to date he has staked over 2000 mineral properties in six western states.

Mr. Gianneotis managed two key placer operations in Applegate Oregon. He managed the O & C Mining Project in Baker City, Oregon and managed multiple sampling and testing projects in southwestern Oregon.

With 35 years of mining experience in conjunction with an extensive background in real estate, business and finance, Mr. Gianneotis continues to acquire mining claims and private-patented mining properties in Arizona as well as Nevada, Wyoming, Utah, Mexico, and California.

John (Bo) Snell

Bo Snell has been active in multiple facets of real estate over the last 4 decades. He is a licensed general contractor and previously a real estate broker/private lender in California and is the founder of Vision Capital Management, Inc which provides comprehensive underwriting and project management consulting services for commercial and residential development projects throughout the US. His services include comprehensive feasibility, investment and market analyses, risk management evaluation, budget forecasting, financing, project procurement, design and construction management.

Bo has been actively involved in the precious metal mining industry over the last 5 years. Panos and Bo have been cooperating in developing a 172 acre patented mining project in Arizona, which is in the predevelopment stages. Bo and Panos recently decided to once again start identifying mining claims with viable mineral resources and offer them for sale. Panos has spent his 35 years in mining, locating claims, and has identified and sold over 2000 mining claims during his extensive mining career.

Bo began his career as a builder/developer specializing in both commercial and residential ground up construction and renovation, which includes multifamily, mixed use, retail shopping centers, concrete tilt- up construction, TI’s, golf course facilities, SIP panel construction, residential neighborhood planning and new custom home construction.

During Bo’s career he was founder and CEO of a manufacturing company producing cast stone architectural building products for multiple national and local building companies. His operation grew to 77,000 sq. ft. of production floor space with over 50 employees serving customers that included Masco, Centex, Lennar, Del Webb, Pulte, DR Horton and many other national accounts. Bo’s client Costco.com provided sales on a national scale shipping product around the country. Bo’s products were on display at the Pacific Coast Builder’s Conference (PCBC) and the International Builder’s Conference over a 7-year period.

Bo lives in Arizona but previously lived in California with his wife of 40 years, where he raised his two children. He is a frequent lecturer on the subject of private finance, investment and construction management. Bo’s wife Mandy is an architectural designer as well as a skilled builder herself. Bo enjoys helping others create their vision, mining, traveling, bareboat sailing, camping, and reading.

Sean King – Project Manager

Sean King is a former Heavy Machine Specialist in the US Army. Sean had received awards from the military as well as his peers for his exemplary work ethic and was chosen with nine other soldiers to meet and confer in private with former Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates, while they were all in Iraq. Sean served a year in Iraq repairing military heavy equipment in 122-degree heat. Sean knew he was ready to accept the position of Foreman and site Manager for Grand Canyon Gold Corp. Sean Position entails: purchasing, repairing and operating equipment, crew management and site development.
